Roccabox Property Group is seeking a confident sales professional for Marbella real estate. You will manage buyer inquiries from initial contact through viewings, negotiations and completion, with autonomy to organise your diary and own client relationships.

No extensive property experience is required; prior sales or client-facing work, strong communication, and the ability to build trust are essential. A supportive team and training accompany you in Marbella.

Roccabox Property Group is growing and we're looking for confident, capable salespeople who are ready to make their move into Marbella real estate.

You don't need years of property experience.

You do need previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence speaking with people and the ability to build trust, stay organised and move opportunities forward.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own day, take ownership of their clients and build something successful with the backing of a strong, established team.

THE ROLE

You'll work with property buyers from their initial enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

• Speak with and qualify new buyer enquiries
• Understand each client's property requirements
• Build strong, professional relationships
• Arrange and attend property viewings
• Manage follow-ups and active opportunities
• Work with the wider team to progress and complete deals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous sales or client-facing experience
• Confident, personable and comfortable on the phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and consistent with follow-up
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage your own day
• Fluent English
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
• Full driving licence

Real estate experience is welcome, but it is not essential.
