Dow Jones in Barcelona is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to own renewals for a defined set of strategic accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and revenue is retained.

You will drive renewal plans, report at‑risk accounts monthly, promote product adoption, and assist in upsell opportunities while supporting the sales team. Strong communication and a bachelor’s degree are required, with English plus Italian/Spanish/French being a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of customer engagement or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the renewal plan for assigned strategic accounts.
• Provide monthly reports highlighting high-risk renewals and turnaround strategies.
• Ensure client training and product utilization are optimized by coordinating with Product/Training teams.
• Oversee the renewal lifecycle from pricing and contracting to invoicing and support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer ROI.
