Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewal relationships within defined accounts in the EMEA region.

You will own renewal strategy, coordinate with internal teams, and drive revenue retention while supporting new sales into existing accounts. You will report to the EMEA Retention Director and collaborate across product, marketing and training teams to optimize client value, train users, and oversee pricing, contracting and invoicing throughout the

Formación

• Min 2-4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of these languages: Italian, Spanish or French.

Responsabilidades

• Own the renewal strategy for assigned strategic accounts by building and executing a renewal plan.
• Proactively provide a monthly report to manager highlighting high risk renewal accounts and turnaround ideas.
• Ensure appropriate levels of customer training and product usage by coordinating with product training and internal reports.
• Oversee the renewal lifecycle from pricing, contracting to invoicing and client support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize client ROI with Dow Jones.
