Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals for defined customers, ensuring retention and revenue within existing accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and drive renewals, reporting on risk and opportunities to leadership.

The role emphasizes account understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to growth through upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional service delivery.

Formación

• 2-4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Italian, Spanish or French.

Responsabilidades

• Own the renewal strategy for assigned strategic accounts and execute a renewal plan.
• Provide monthly risk-renewal reports with strategy to turnaround.
• Ensure customer training and product utilization with related teams.
• Oversee renewal lifecycle from pricing and contracting to invoicing and support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer ROI.
