FRV is seeking a Structured Finance & M&A Analyst to support the European debt financing, project valuation, and financial close processes for solar and wind assets. You will build financial models from scratch, conduct DSCR and sensitivity analyses, and work with internal teams and financial institutions to structure and close deals.

You will contribute to tenders and PPAs, draft investment materials, and assist in negotiations of financing terms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Engineering; 3+ years in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance or debt structuring.
• Advanced Excel skills including financing modelling and sensitivities.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA coding.
• Demonstrable financial modelling experience with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow projections.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial modelling addressing all commercial, technical, and financial parameters for debt financing structuring and project valuation.
• Coordinate and follow up on the financial close process in Europe with FRV's Technical, Legal, Tax and FP&A teams and with financial institutions.
• Prepare financial models for renewable tenders and PPAs.
• Draft materials for investment approvals, financial close, and asset sales.
