Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Head of Structured Finance for a fast-growing independent power producer focused on renewable energy. You will own the design and execution of complex financing solutions, leading project finance, portfolio financings, and capital market transactions to support growth.

The role requires 10–15+ years in structured or project finance, with a proven ability to close large transactions, deep energy market knowledge, and leadership across executive stakeholders.

Formación

• 10–15+ years of experience in structured or project finance.
• Proven track record of closing complex financing transactions.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy markets and IPP models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the structuring and execution of project finance and portfolio-level transactions across renewable energy assets.
• Develop innovative financing solutions to optimise capital structure and returns.
• Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financial advisors.
• Oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
• Partner with development, M&A, and asset management teams to support pipeline growth.
• Drive refinancing strategies and capital recycling initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing structured finance team.
