Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Head of Structured Finance for a fast-growing independent power producer focused on renewable energy. You will own the design and execution of complex financing solutions, leading project finance, portfolio financings, and capital market transactions to support growth.

The role requires 10–15+ years in structured or project finance, with a proven ability to close large transactions, deep energy market knowledge, and leadership across executive stakeholders.

My client, a fast-growing independent power producer at the forefront of the energy transition, developing, financing, and operating renewable energy assets across multiple markets. As they scale their portfolio and expand into new technologies and geographies, they are seeking a Head of Structured Finance to lead the design and execution of complex financing solutions that underpin their growth.

The Role

As Head of Structured Finance, you will take ownership of all structured financing activities across the platform. You will lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance, portfolio financings, and capital market transactions, working closely with senior leadership, investors, and lenders.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on strategic growth, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and execution of project finance and portfolio-level transactions across renewable energy assets
• Develop innovative financing solutions to optimise capital structure and returns
• Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financial advisors
