Job summary

RWE Renewables Iberia S.A.U. is offering an internship in the Control Room Operations team to start as soon as possible.

This full‑time, fixed‑term placement lets you observe real‑time monitoring and operation of wind and solar assets across Spain, paired with hands‑on learning alongside experienced operators. You will collect and analyse performance data, support turbine analysis, manage alarms and incidents, and help develop reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
• Eligible to sign a university internship agreement with the company
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in renewable energy, SCADA systems and Control Centre operations
• Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English

Responsibilities

• Monitoring wind and solar assets through SCADA and Control Room applications
• Collecting, analysing and reporting operational data using KPIs
• Supporting turbine performance analysis and operational reporting
• Assisting in the management of alarms, incidents, work orders and events
• Collaborating with operators and cross‑functional teams to support daily operations
• Developing and improving reporting tools
• Participating in continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives
