Job summary

Greenvolt Power is seeking an Operational Asset Reporting Specialist to connect operational data with Asset Management decision‑making. You will define renewable KPI metrics, build dashboards, validate data quality and support digital asset solutions across Greenvolt operations.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, gathering reporting requirements, coordinating with IT Data & Analytics, and delivering business‑facing Power BI reports to drive performance insight and adoption of analytics

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related field
• +4 years of experience in renewable asset performance, operations analytics, BI or reporting
• Experience in renewable energy: solar PV, wind and/or BESS
• Experience analysing operational data from energy assets
• Demonstrated ability to define, monitor and interpret KPIs for renewables
• Experience gathering business requirements for reporting or digital solutions
• Knowledge of data quality controls, reconciliation and KPI governance
• Strong experience with Power BI and other BI tools; knowledge of DAX/Power Query/SQL
• Knowledge of Python or R, SCADA or historian data is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Ability to analyse time-series and multi-asset data
• Ability to translate operational needs into reporting and digital requirements
• Ability to coordinate across Asset Management, OT, IT and vendors
• Change-management and user adoption orientation

Responsibilities

• Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, adoption and value tracking post-implementation.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Energy Management, OT Integration & Data and IT Data & Analytics.
• Work with OT Technology Assurance to ensure data fit for reporting and analytics.

As an Operational Asset Reporting Specialist, you will connect operational data with Asset Management decision-making, turning operational data into actionable Asset Management insights. Requirements

What we are looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field
• +4 years of experience in renewable asset performance, operations analytics, business intelligence or operational reporting.
• Proven experience within the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar PV, wind and/or BESS environments
• Experience analysing operational data from solar PV, wind, BESS, utilities or comparable infrastructure assets.

• Demonstrated experience defining, monitoring and interpreting operational and renewable energy KPIs (e.g. availability, performance ratio, production, losses and downtime) and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting or digital solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality controls, data reconciliation processes, KPI governance and reporting documentation
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense), including data modelling, dashboard development and report design. Knowledge of DAX, Power Query and SQL is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Python or R, SCADA or historian data, forecasting or anomaly detection is a plus

• Fluent in English
• Ability to analyse time-series and multi-asset operational data and distinguish performance events from data issues.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear reporting and digital requirements.
• Ability to coordinate across Asset Management, OT, IT and external vendors.
