Job summary

Greenvolt Power is seeking an Operational Asset Reporting Specialist to connect operational data with Asset Management decisions. You will define KPIs, develop reporting requirements, and build Power BI dashboards across renewable assets.

You will validate data quality, support adoption of digital asset solutions, and collaborate with Asset Management, Energy Management, OT Integration and IT Data teams to drive reliable performance insights.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and interpreting operational KPIs and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting or digital solutions.
• Strong Power BI capability including data modelling and dashboard design.
• Knowledge of time-series and multi-asset data for performance analysis.
• Familiarity with data-quality controls and KPI governance.

Responsibilities

• Define, document and maintain operational KPIs, calculation rules and business definitions across assets, countries and renewable technologies.
• Collect and structure reporting requirements from Asset Management and leadership stakeholders.
• Specify and build Power BI dashboards and reports with clear performance views and validated data sources.
• Analyze portfolio and asset performance, support benchmarking and investigate deviations or trends.
• Validate operational data from platforms, flag anomalies and coordinate root-cause analysis.
• Translate operational needs into use cases, functional requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria for digital asset solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, adoption and value tracking after implementation.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Energy Management, OT Integration & Data and IT Data & Analytics on reporting and digital initiatives.
