Job summary

Sedigwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems across the organisation. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal and involves collaborating with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors across time zones.

You will manage Workday configurations, support releases, conduct testing, data integrity checks, and drive process improvements to maximise the value of Workday for our global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience, with Workday configuration.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Experience collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across modules.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate issues, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with data quality audits, data clean-up, and remediation.
• Support testing activities: unit, regression, UAT.
• Prepare configuration specs and documentation for Workday and related apps.
