Job summary

Sedgwick in Spain/Portugal seeks a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and improve Workday and related Colleague Resources systems. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security, and efficient business processes across international HR teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, CS, HR, business, or related field.
3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday configuration.
Experience across multiple Workday functional areas, security, reporting, and integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday across applications and related HR systems.
Assist with testing, deployments, and releases of Workday enhancements.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.
Monitor Workday processes, audits, and data integrity across functional areas.
