An international B2B omnichannel commerce company in Barcelona is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to manage and configure Workday, optimize HRIS, and implement new features. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration, along with hands-on Workday experience and project management skills. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid model requiring 60% office presence and diverse benefits including private health insurance after the probation period.

Formación

• Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in project work and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and configure Workday in accordance with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions.
• Assist in training HR staff and stakeholders on the use of Workday.
• Lead projects for the implementation of new features or system integrations.

Educación
