Accenture is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead to guide HR process transformations using cloud-based Workday solutions. You will work with global clients, lead the Absence and Time Tracking stream, and drive workshops and discussions to deliver integrated HR capabilities.

The role emphasizes advising on best practices, collaborating across teams, and leveraging Accenture’s methodologies to achieve client value. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Workday Absence/Time Tracking.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Absence and Time Tracking workstream within client engagements.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Absence and Time Tracking.
• Host workshops and discussions related to Workday expertise.
• Collaborate with client counterparts, external vendors and Accenture colleagues to deliver robust solutions.
