Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical experience in operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot field issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and alarms, responding to abnormal conditions.
• Provide remote diagnostics to support commissioning and service activities.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex problems with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance in mind.
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with occasional on-call weekends/holidays.
