Lever, Inc. is seeking a Welsh Language Specialist for a freelance AI training project based in Spain. You will evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated Welsh content to ensure accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance across diverse outputs.

You will identify recurring model errors, help refine prompts and guidelines, and collaborate with remote teams to maintain high-quality language evaluation. Remote freelance work offers flexible scheduling and direct contribution to AI development.

Formación

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Welsh and understanding of modern Welsh usage.
• Experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, proofreading, content creation, or language research.

Responsabilidades

• Review and annotate Welsh-language content used for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess AI-generated Welsh outputs for grammatical accuracy, fluency, meaning, style, and natural language usage.
• Identify linguistic, contextual, and cultural issues and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Analyze and document recurring error patterns to help improve model performance.
• Evaluate whether generated content appropriately reflects Welsh linguistic and cultural context.
• Contribute expert feedback to prompts, evaluation methodologies, and language guidelines.
• Apply consistent annotation and quality standards across tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and other language specialists to resolve ambiguous linguistic cases.
