OpenTrain AI is seeking a Catalan Speech AI Trainer to work as a part-time contractor. You will perform audio recording, transcription, and evaluation tasks remotely from Spain, following English guidelines.

The role requires native Catalan, strong written Catalan, and English proficiency (C1/C2). It offers flexible, less than 20 hours per week and pay of 14–17 USD per hour. No prior tools required beyond a device and internet access.

Formación

• Must currently be located in Spain.
• Native Catalan speaker required.
• English proficiency C1 or C2 (able to read and follow English guidelines).
• Strong written Catalan skills: spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Experience with audio recording, transcription, speech data, or language annotation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record short Catalan prompts or read scripts aloud with clear audio quality.
• Transcribe Catalan speech accurately, including correct spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Review audio-text alignment and flag mismatches or low-quality recordings.
• Rate or evaluate speech samples against project quality standards.
