Lever, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer (Fluent in Dutch) for a freelance AI Trainer Project based in Spain. You will evaluate models, provide Dutch-language feedback on coding tasks, and document failures.

Formación

• Strong software engineering expertise across algorithms, data structures, architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Fluent Dutch with the ability to discuss complex technical topics clearly.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML model outputs and documenting findings.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, OOP, secure coding, or distributed systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and deliver high-quality evaluations.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/SE preferred; open-source contributions are a plus.
• Strong metacognitive communication: explain not only what solution is correct but why.
• Secure home setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with advanced AI models on Dutch-language software tasks and coding challenges.
• Evaluate model responses for accuracy, correctness, and coding quality.
• Assess performance across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Challenge models with topics including asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, and distributed systems.
• Verify naturalness and correctness of Dutch language use in technical interactions.
• Identify and document model failures with sufficient detail for analysis.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, coding performance, and evaluation methods.
• Explain technical reasoning and demonstrate the evaluation process to stakeholders.
