Kilo™ in Barcelona seeks a video editor with 1.5+ years of experience to craft short-form ads for health, wellness, beauty, or travel brands. This full-time freelance role may become permanent payroll later, with growth opportunities.

You’ll edit for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, turn raw footage into high-performing variations, and use AI tools to speed work. Four days onsite, one flexible remote day; salary 2500–3000 EUR/month.

Formación

• 1.5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Experience with short-form social media ads or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and CTA strategies.
• Hands-on self-starter with ownership and timeline management.
• Willing to adopt AI editing tools.
• Excellent English communication in a remote/local team.

Responsabilidades

• Edit, iterate, and polish short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Transform raw footage and assets into high-performing ad variations.
• Collaborate with strategists while maintaining autonomy when briefs are unclear.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, and ROAS to refine hooks.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up editing and boost creativity.
• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor ads.
