Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance Video Editor to create compelling short-form ads for Meta platforms from scripts, raw footage, and AI assets. You will work remotely with the VP of Growth, refining each piece to maximize performance in a live advertising environment.

Ideal candidates have strong storytelling instincts, experience with AI-driven production tools, and a track record of direct-to-consumer campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of direct-to-consumer paid social ads, preferably for Meta platforms.
• Experience editing UGC-style advertisements with strong hooks and pacing.
• Storytelling instincts with music and sound design to strengthen messages.
• Familiarity with AI voiceovers and AI-generated animation tools.
• Attention to detail in captions and script adherence.
• Able to work 40 hours weekly as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta campaigns, including UGC-style and AI assets.
• Transform scripts and raw footage into persuasive content with hooks and pacing.
• Create concepts that capture attention and support direct-to-consumer acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes when needed.
• Ensure captions match scripts with consistency across deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback from leadership and apply campaign insights to future edits.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust editing approaches based on results.
• Manage projects independently post-onboarding using ClickUp to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to in-house creative growth by refining repeatable editing practices.
• Produce approximately six videos per month, balancing quality and iteration.
