Simple Life in Spain is seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist to own vendor relationships, subscriptions, compliance, and operational automation. This hands-on role requires thoroughness, persistence, and confidence as you juggle multiple workflows and ensure nothing slips.

You will push the pace of innovation in health tech, coordinating with Legal on MSAs/NDAs, tracking software subscriptions, renewals, and building scalable automations. Remote work opportunities are available.

Formación

• Naturally detail-oriented and able to notice what others miss.
• Able to manage many work streams without losing track.
• Comfortable pushing back on vendors, timelines, and incomplete answers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, contracting, renewals.
• Coordinate procurement and lifecycle management for company hardware and IT equipment.
• Run KYC/KYB for new vendors and build automations to scale processes.
