PagoNxt Payments is Santander Group's global payments platform. We are building a cloud-native, data-driven environment with global teams and a focus on compliance and secure, scalable tech.

The role supports vendor lifecycle governance, risk assessments, and documentation across internal tools, aiming to optimize costs and ensure timely governance readiness.

Formación

• End-to-end vendor lifecycle onboarding to contract management.
• Coordinate third-party risk assessments and ensure documentation is complete and tracked.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance forums (TPRM / Sourcing) with prepared materials.
• Maintain vendor inventories and documentation in internal tools (SARA, GRC).
• Assist in cost control and vendor optimization initiatives.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of TPRM and sourcing.
• Provide support for contract management/documentation and repository maintenance (DocuSign, IAM, Ariba).
• Collaborate to ensure data consistency across systems.

What you'll do

This role will contribute to the execution and coordination of vendor lifecycle processes, ensuring proper governance, risk control, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Supporting the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to contract management and monitoring.
• Coordinating third-party risk assessments, ensuring all required documentation is complete and tracked.
• Maintaining and updating vendor inventories and documentation in internal tools (SARA, GRC, etc.).
• Supporting the contract management process, including documentation, tracking, and repository maintenance (DocuSign, IAM, Ariba).
• Following up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of TPRM and sourcing activities.
• Assisting in the preparation of materials for governance forums (TPRM / Sourcing).
• Contributing to cost control and vendor optimization initiatives.

What can earn you extra points

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years in Bank ecosystem
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong ability to structure and analyze information.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, or similar) is valued.
• Exposure to contract management or procurement tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ariba, GRC platforms) is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and ensure data consistency and traceability across tools.
• Fluent English.
