Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips, pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, and guide clients from inquiry to confirmed reservation.

This fully remote role offers either part-time or full-time hours, with onboarding and ongoing coaching on products, suppliers, and sales-driven planning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills to guide clients to a decision.
• Able to juggle quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Fast learner with new tools like CRMs and booking engines.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover ideal trip and close the sale.
• Resolve questions about payments, changes, and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider knowledge to add value and timely deals.
• Support clients from planning to post-trip follow-ups.
