Formación

• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-focused roles.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries for accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel.
• Maintain documentation and update booking systems.
