Formación

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service sectors preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes and cancellations
Provide accurate information on destinations, requirements, and policies
Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries for accuracy
Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel
Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving
Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems
