Kiloverse seeks a performance-driven TikTok Creative Strategist to build and execute ad strategies that drive measurable ROAS. You will craft briefs, collaborate with production teams, and translate data into winning concepts for direct-response campaigns.

You will rely on a portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns (ideally including US markets), monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, and stay ahead of platform trends. Excellent English and a curious, adaptable mindset are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in performance-driven TikTok creative strategy.
• Portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns, ideally targeting the U.S. market.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok platform dynamics, content trends, creator ecosystem, and ad formats.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Creative and analytical mindset with ability to turn data insights into winning strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to create content that resonates with U.S. audiences.
• Experience working with UGC creators, influencer content, and short-form video production is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute high-performing TikTok ad creative strategies focused on driving measurable business results.
• Align creative concepts with performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) and optimize for growth.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for content creators, designers, editors, and production teams, focusing on direct-response and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with project managers, media buyers, and the marketing team to ensure creative excellence and campaign success.
• Analyze creative performance, A/B test results, and audience insights to improve engagement, conversions, and scalability.
• Conduct competitor research and stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and emerging creative best practices.
• Craft compelling ad scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for TikTok's native content environment.
• Identify winning creative angles, UGC concepts, and storytelling frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
