Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive strategic technical engagements with key enterprise clients in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure, aligning Bluefors solutions with evolving customer needs and owning long-term sales development.

You will collaborate with the account team and internal sales/technical groups to ensure a high-quality customer experience, translating complex physics concepts into compelling customer value.

Qualifications

• MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account technical engagements with key clients in US and Canada.
• Develop and execute account technology strategies aligning customer objectives with Bluefors solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the account team.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Act as customer advocate, resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and influence strategy.
