Volkswagen Digital:Hub in Spain is hiring an IT Product Owner I to steer the design and development of digital products. You will align features with business strategy, consolidate input from stakeholders, and communicate a clear vision to the development team.

You prioritise tasks based on value and balance technical possibilities with business goals. This role emphasizes agile leadership, bridging business and tech, and contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded startup-like environment

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a PO or PM.
• Experience shipping successful products with vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Experience in Agile environments and Scrum; SAFe is a plus.
• Ability to influence decision making across contexts.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and business units.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Be a role model of Agile working and innovation.
• Assure the agile rituals work productively.
• Prioritise the roadmap with VW partners and prepare new features with your agile team.
• Present new developments to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Create a great atmosphere and strong team connection.
• Inspire your team and stakeholders with the vision and roadmap.
• Collect requirements, perform user research and analyse market needs to form a roadmap and backlog.
• Bridge between business and development, turning needs into actionable requirements.
• Support and back up arguments with data and metrics.
• Work with KPIs and OKRs.
• Proactively use monitoring tools and inform stakeholders promptly.
