Lingokids is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle across technical and non-technical roles in a fully remote, multicultural environment. You will source proactively, partner with hiring managers, and build strong pipelines.

You’ll work with the People & Culture team, leverage data, and apply AI tools to improve speed and quality of hires. A generous benefits package includes training budget, stock options, and remote-work allowances.

Formación

• +4 years of experience in talent acquisition, running several searches in parallel and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience hiring technical and/or creative roles (engineering, product, design, game development).
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; ability to engage passive candidates.
• Comfortable with data, funnel analysis, and presenting numbers to stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication in a multicountry, multicultural setting.
• Hands-on with AI in recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles from kickoff to offer.
• Source proactively for hard-to-fill roles and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, scorecards and feedback.
• Coach managers on TA processes, structured assessments, and best practices.
• Track recruitment KPIs, identify friction, and propose improvements.
• Maintain an impeccable ATS (Teamtailor) to enable reporting and decisions.
