Jobgether is seeking a Recruiter to build and maintain a proactive talent community in a fully remote, full-time role based in Spain. You will source, interview, and vet candidates before roles open, ensuring a rapid engagement cycle and high-quality shortlists for U.S.-based hiring managers.

Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end recruitment process, crafting targeted job postings, and delivering data-driven improvements to sourcing and screening.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a talent pool, interviewing and vetting candidates before roles open.
• Ability to engage a candidate community and drive ongoing participation.
• Advanced English communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and expand a proactive talent community by sourcing, interviewing, and vetting candidates before roles open.
• Segment candidates by role, seniority, readiness, and availability; keep records accurate.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from posting to offer and placement.
• Develop job postings to attract relevant candidates and set clear expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and performance bars.
