Robert Bosch Group in Madrid area invites an experienced Technical Support Mechanic for the Swedish market. The role is remote/hybrid with a permanent contract and 39 hours per week, supporting automotive workshops with diagnostics and fault analysis.

You will interpret wiring diagrams, guide technicians through complex vehicle issues, and collaborate with international teams in English and Swedish. A strong background in passenger car diagnostics and EV/HEV knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a passenger car workshop.
• Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting complex vehicle faults.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical procedures clearly and effectively.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• Swedish language proficiency at C2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Answer technical queries from workshops via phone and email.
• Analyse mechanical faults and support other automotive professionals in finding the right solution.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, technical documentation, and repair procedures.
• Consult technical databases, service bulletins, and specialised documentation to provide the best possible solution.
• Provide technical support for hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with international teams in technical meetings and training sessions.
• Follow up on cases until they are fully resolved.
