Robert Bosch Group in Barcelona is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent (Automotive, Hybrid) to join the Bosch Service Solutions team. This full-time role involves assisting customers with product information, IoT apps, and official procedures across a global client base.

You will receive 2–3 weeks of company-paid training, a 39-hour week with rotating shifts, and access to private health insurance and employee discounts.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience desirable but not essential.
• Fluent in French (C2) and English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers.
• Provide information about products, resolve queries, and explain company policies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding service to clients.
