GT Motive is seeking an Automotive Technical Clerk to manage client vehicle fleets in Sweden, delivering high-quality service via email and phone while coordinating with workshops and maintaining accurate data. Responsabilidades

• Communicate with workshops via email/phone to resolve daily issues and prepare quotes
• Review and compare quotes from workshops
• Check references and repair times using IT tools
• Provide mechanical advice for inquiries
• Indicate workshop locations to clients
• Record data in the vehicle database and repair history
• Manage vehicle fleets per manufacturer maintenance schedules
• Use various manufacturers’ programs and the company software

Responsibilities

Your main mission as an Automotive Technical Clerk will be to provide high-quality service to our clients by managing their vehicle fleets in Sweden.

• Communicating via email and/or phone with workshops to resolve daily issues, as well as preparing quotes when necessary.
• Reviewing and comparing the quotes provided by workshops in their inquiries.
• Checking references and repair times using the various IT tools available.
• Providing mechanical advice for the inquiries received.
• Indicating to clients the geographical location of workshops in the requested area.
• Performing checks and recording data in the vehicle database (repair history).
• Managing vehicle fleets according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
• Using different manufacturers’ programs, as well as the company’s own software.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Higher Vocational Training in Automotive or Intermediate Vocational Training in Automotive Electromechanics.
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Advanced Swedish: C1/C2 level.
• Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
