• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, data processing, or back-office roles.
• Language skills: GERMAN: bilingual + ENGLISH: C1 (working proficient/Fluent).
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems at once.
• Fast learner, organized and detail oriented.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide digital technical support on products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other complex resources.
• Manage renting service subscriptions (new subscription, subscription information, updates).
• Billing (change of payment method, billing issues, other billing matters).
• Update personal information and ensure Privacy Regulations.
• Identify customer needs by issuing outgoing follow-up calls when needed.
• Manage claims and issues, document updates, ensure follow-up and customer satisfaction.
