Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced scientists and engineers fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Spain. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on stem work as it’s done in Spain.

The role is remote, about 21 hours per week, paid hourly, with a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Prior research or industry experience and a Spanish bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
