Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced scientists and engineers who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real stem work as it's done in Spain.

This is a remote, part-time role (~21 hours/week) with an hourly rate. Oct 23 to Nov 19 pilot; strong quantitative analysis, technical documentation, and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry (master's or PhD a plus).
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation and data-heavy problem solving.
