Jobgether SRL is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer in Spain to lead the development of scalable internal platforms for product teams and AI agents. You will define standards, build reusable tooling, and ensure secure, reliable delivery across pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, high ownership, and close collaboration with engineering teams to raise development velocity while maintaining quality and security.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background in production-grade systems.
• Experience designing internal platforms with balance between standardization and flexibility.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, developer tooling, and secure delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Shape platform and infrastructure foundations for product teams with autonomy.
• Improve end-to-end development loop: local dev, CI/CD, deployment, feedback, and workflows.
• Define and drive engineering standards for testing, IaC, observability, and secure delivery.
• Build reusable tooling, templates, and golden paths to reduce friction.
• Own secure delivery by integrating security scanning, secrets, and supply-chain protections.
• Monitor security landscape as AI coding agents evolve, adjusting practices accordingly.
• Improve repositories, tooling, conventions, and test coverage for AI agents.
• Measure impact with DORA metrics and engineer feedback to improve DX.
