Alignerr in Spain is seeking Software Engineers to help shape AI-generated code by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI outputs. You will write, test, and critique code across languages, working asynchronously as a remote contractor.

Join a fully remote, hourly engagement (10–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling, contributing to cutting-edge AI research and tooling for safer, smarter code. Prioritize clear explanations and structured feedback to drive quality across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in at least one language from the listed stack.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and readability.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
