Alignerr in Seville is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code—helping train AI systems to think like developers. This is hands‑on, frontier engineering work as a remote, flexible hourly contract.

You will write solutions, review AI outputs, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test capabilities, with 10–40 hours per week and the freedom to work on your own schedule from anywhere.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear written communicator with ability to explain technical decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
