Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform evaluation and labeling tasks that help AI models become more accurate and reliable. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to AI research from anywhere.

You will complete tasks across text, image, and audio formats, follow detailed rubrics, and provide feedback to improve model outputs. No prior AI experience is required; a sharp eye and clear English writing are essential.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong written English with clear communication.
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.
• No prior AI or technical experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured tasks — labeling, rating, and classification — to train AI models.
• Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy.
• Follow rubrics and guidelines to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Flag errors or inconsistencies using structured feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
