Qualifications

• Strong written communication in English and European Spanish.
• Experience managing social platforms, moderating and engaging audiences.
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Familiarity with all major social platforms (Facebook, etc.).
• Engagement with a variety of content topics (tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and customer service instincts.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels, maintaining brand voice.
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to internal teams as needed.
• Become a true extension of clients’ brands by understanding strategy, tone, and audience.
