Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Site Relationship Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team in Madrid, Spain. You will help with feasibility assessments, build site networks, and drive strategies to conduct feasibilities effectively in Spain.

The role targets candidates with clinical research experience or CRA background and involves site liaison, planning, and process improvement across pre- and post-award activities. This position offers growth in a global CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a health-related field (required).
• Minimum 1 year site and clinical trials experience (additional years for senior levels).
• CRA experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and GCP guidelines preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support of sites, including identifying and discussing future new business opportunities and feasibility assessments.
• Develop effective plans for site contact and follow-up.
• Support management in expediting feasibility, site selection and study start-up.
• Serve as site relations and excellence partner by providing oversight and building/retaining relationships of assigned sites within assigned country.
• Conducting/expediting feasibility activities and supporting site selection/alignment with studies and therapeutic areas.
• Proactively research and understand site landscape/intelligence related to recruitment and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with preferred site networks and flagship sites.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for sites participating in studies.
• Serve as escalation point for site related issues throughout the life cycle of a study.
• May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned, including site qualification visits and audits.
