Lifted (an Upwork Company) is seeking experienced Structural Engineers to design AI training tasks, craft problem statements, and evaluate AI-generated structural solutions. You will build tasks using OpenSees, create reference solutions, and develop scoring criteria to measure performance.

This fully remote, project-based role offers flexibility and weekly payments. Ideal candidates hold a civil/structural engineering degree (Master's/PhD a plus) with hands-on experience in nonlinear modeling,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required; master's/PhD a plus.
• Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.

Responsabilidades

• Design realistic AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts and real-world design challenges.
• Create clear engineering problem statements covering structural analysis, design, simulation, and code compliance.
• Develop reference solutions and deterministic scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Build engineering tasks using OpenSees and other structural engineering methodologies.
• Create evaluation scenarios involving topics such as: pushover analysis, seismic design, FEA, reinforced concrete design, steel connection detailing, structural retrofit.
• Review AI-generated engineering solutions for technical accuracy, engineering judgment, and compliance with applicable design codes.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in structural engineering.
• Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment.
