NTT DATA in Spain seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end managed services delivery for client contracts. You will ensure SLAs are met, coordinate cross-functional teams, and protect contract profitability with proactive oversight.

The role requires proactive client communication, project governance, risk management, and continuous service improvement, with remote work and Spain work authorization mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLAs.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, escalations and feedback.
• Oversee contract management for local, small to mid-size contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
• Monitor contract performance and financial aspects.
