Job summary

Enverus in Madrid or remote from Spain is seeking a Marketing Operations Sr Analyst to lead Martech platform deployment, data governance, and enablement across the marketing tech stack. You will define, deploy and optimize platforms, integrations and automations to support go-to-market motions, while ensuring data quality and governance.

Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, product, and Sales to drive platform enhancements and enablement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in an ABM environment.
• Demonstrates high performance characteristics: strong communication, creative problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to gain support of ideas and deliver complex analysis in simple language.
• Ability to develop relationships across marketing, sales, product, and other internal partners.
• Advanced experience in managing Martech stack.
• Can easily adopt and maximize the use of new tools, train others, and develop processes.
• Proven track record in building and successfully implementing an account-based marketing strategy.
• Proven track record of transforming work processes via agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and optimize designated Martech platforms, integrations and automations to support go to market motions.
• Continually review, clean and enrich marketing prospect data, improving accuracy, completeness and formatting.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand & deliver platform roadmaps, feature enhancements and optimizations as identified.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams (Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Web & Digital, Marketing Operations), RevOps, Business Development and Sales to identify and deliver process & platform enhancements.
• Provide technical support to Marketing team in use of designated platforms.
• Create and maintain platform and process documentation for designated Martech integrations and workflows.
• Develop and deliver platform enablement training across the Marketing team.
