Placements24 is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design, implement, and maintain robust security systems, while automating security processes and guiding incident response. This is a strategic position to protect enterprise assets across distributed teams.

You will leverage expertise in network and cloud security, threat modeling, and DevSecOps to strengthen security postures and drive security initiatives forward.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related technical field required.
• 7+ years of hands-on information security engineering experience.
• Strong network, cloud, and application security expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls and EDR tools.
• Build secure cloud infra configurations and policy enforcement across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Automate security workflows using scripting and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Lead security assessments, vulnerability scans, and pen tests with remediation guidance.
• Integrate security into CI/CD (DevSecOps) and drive incident response efforts.
