Pragmatike is expanding its team to accelerate growth of internal cloud projects. This fully remote role operates in the EU time zones and centers on Linux infrastructure, Kubernetes management, automation, and reliable deployments.

Formación

• Expert-level Kubernetes in production
• Strong Linux admin skills (Debian/Ubuntu)
• Solid networking fundamentals and design skills
• Automation with Ansible, Bash or Python and GitOps
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki)
• Background in virtualization (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware)
• Familiar with bare-metal provisioning (MAAS)
• Ability to develop SOPs and runbooks
• Experience with incident response and on-call rotations
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain Linux-based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters across environments
• Oversee full cluster lifecycle: upgrades, node pools, networking, storage and security
• Implement automation for provisioning and operations using GitOps workflows
• Design and maintain networking architecture including VLANs, routing, VPNs and multi-site connectivity
• Build automated deployment workflows (PXE, Preseed, cloud-init)
• Deploy and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Loki)
• Lead incident response and escalation across the platform
• Improve system availability and reduce latency across layers
• Define and implement SLOs/SLIs for infra components
• Establish and maintain on-call schedules across time zones
• Develop SOPs for repeatable operations and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and virtualization/orchestration layers (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware)
• Plan resources for future initiatives and collaborate with product teams
