American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Counselor to join our highly skilled remote team, delivering outstanding service to our corporate clients. You’ll advise and arrange travel across domestic and international itineraries, analyze options, and proactively anticipate traveler needs while ensuring policy compliance.

German language proficiency is required, English is a plus, and this 24/7 operation includes shift allowances.

Formación

Native GDS expertise (Amadeus) with at least 2 years experience.
Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is required; English and any other European language are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, hotels).
Utilise Amadeus GDS; refreshment training may be provided.
Ensure compliance with travel policies, provider policies and regulations.
Provide excellent verbal service and accommodate special requests.
Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor and improve service levels.
