Unit4 is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management & Market Activation to lead the global go-to-market launch of its AI-native architecture. You will drive product marketing, analyst relations and demonstration operations to translate innovation into credible market value for executives.

This role can be hired remotely in Spain, Portugal or the UK, and will establish repeatable GTM disciplines for future innovations across a major 18-month company-wide initiative.

Qualifications

• This is a senior GTM/PMM leadership role with platform launch experience.
• Experience aligning Product, Sales and market reality.
• Focus on commercial outcomes, not just messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-native GTM launch and strategy.
• Translate complex tech into clear economic value stories for CFOs/COOs/CHROs.
• Align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Services around a revenue-focused launch.
• Develop GTM playbooks, sales narratives, and competitive positioning.
• Lead analyst relations to position AI capabilities as differentiated.
