Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based remote/hybrid role. The candidate will support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities, focusing on statistical programming and data analysis in HTA projects.

The ideal candidate has a master's or PhD in biostatistics or data science, strong SAS/R skills, experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English. Remote work with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data: efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for consistency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and relevant HTA bodies.
